We have installed
Forbes Marshall Effimax System on our 12 tph Dual fired boiler.
The system is in operation for over 9 months now.
Our average steam load is 6 Tons/hr and by incorporating Effimax system
our steam cost has gone down from Rs. 720 per MT of steam to Rs. 684 per MT of steam. Our steam cost has gone down by
Rs. 32.25 per Ton of steam. From installation till date, we have saved Rs. 14 Lakhs of fuel and our blower motor electricity
consumption has gone down by 3.5 %. We are saving 1.5 units of electricity per hour and our electrical savings are Rs. 5.25
till date.
Effimax software has especially helped us in
monitoring steam cost accurately and it provides very useful diagnostic feature enabling us to take corrective actions promptly.

This is to inform you that we have been using your control valve Model LE-31 for our Bottle Washer during last one
year. Earlier we were controlling the steam supply and accordingly the temperature to the bottle washer manually by
controlling shut off valve.
Though the exact savings has not been quantified but we confirm that by installing
your LE-31 , temperature Controlling valve to the bottle washer, we are definitely saving steam consumption to the
